My Employability Test


Success comes naturally, when you're in the profession that's right for you - be it teaching children with special needs, developing technology, creating 3D animations, etc. That is why it is crucial to understand the kind of role that is best suited for your capabilities as well as personality. My Employability Test (MET) is a tool designed to assess individuals in a way that identifies their all-round potential and thereby recommend a profession that will prove to be a natural fit. This assessment also takes into consideration the personal goals of individuals and will point out strengths as well as areas which need improvement, in order to help them raise their chances of landing their dream jobs. Applicants will be able to test the three main parameters (aptitude skills, workplace competency and personality traits), that will enable them to make informed career decisions.

How it works

Register for the Test

To get started, first complete the registration process.You can also register your self with facebook or google plus.

Take the Online Test

The test package you choose will determine the duration of the test. The maximum time you would need to dedicate to a test will be 1 hour and 45 mins. Make sure to give us your 100% attention during this time.

STEP 3

Receive Results

As soon as your results are ready, you will be notified via email. You can then begin to discover the different job profiles that you can make a career out of.

Upload your Profile

Upload your profile and add your CV on the dashboard to share your details with the potential employers. Enter all the details to maximise the chances of selection.
